和谐型电力机车车载数据处理及专家诊断系统的开发应用

文章介绍了和谐型电力机车车载数据处理及专家诊断系统开发的必要性、技术特征、结构功能;基于和谐型电力机车数据资源在机车质量控制中的作用,阐述了CMD系统、大数据智能专家系统、外部系统三大部分实现的功能,对机车数据无线转储、数据处理、故障诊断、故障处置流程、方法等进行了系统介绍。

In this paper, the necessity, technical characteristics and structure function of on-board data processing and expert diagnosis system for harmonious electric locomotive are introduced. Based on the role of harmonious electric locomotive data resources in locomotive quality control, this paper expounds the functions of CMD system, big data intelligent expert system and external system. This paper systematically introduces the process and method of locomotive data wireless dump, data processing, fault diagnosis, fault disposal and so on.
