摘要
某长石尾矿Rb2O品位为0.54%,主要矿物为云母和长石,Rb2O主要赋存在云母矿物中。为了综合回收该尾矿中的铷,分别考察了矿浆在酸性(pH=3.0)和中性(pH=7.3)环境中,矿石不磨(-74μm占10%)与矿石粒度磨至-74μm占50%时的闭路试验指标。结果表明,矿石不磨时,酸性矿浆环境闭路试验和中性矿浆环境闭路试验所得精矿指标差异不大,精矿中Rb2O品位分别为1.24%和1.21%,Rb2O回收率分别为67.93%和67.72%。矿石磨矿至粒度-74μm占50%时,酸性矿浆环境闭路试验和中性矿浆环境闭路试验所得精矿指标差异较大,精矿中Rb2O品位分别为1.04%和1.21%,Rb2O回收率分别为80.91%和79.10%。BK414与十二胺联合使用,在中性矿浆环境中可实现云母与长石的浮选分离。研究结果可为开发利用该类型含铷云母矿物提供参考。
A feldspar tailings with a Rb 2O grade of 0.54% mainly contains mica and feldspar, and Rb 2O mainly occurs in mica minerals. In order to comprehensively recover the valuable element Rb, closed circuit tests were carried out in acidic (pH=3.0) and neutral (pH=7.3) pulp environment with ungrinded ore (10%-74 μm) and grinded ore (50%-74 μm),respectively. Results show that when the ungrinded ore was used, little difference was found in acidic and neutral pulp environment, Rb 2O in the concentrates were 1.24% and 1.21%, respectively, and recoveries of Rb 2O were 67.93% and 67.72%, respectively. When the grinded ore was used, larger difference was found in acidic and neutral pulp environment, Rb 2O in the concentrates were 1.04% and 1.21%, respectively, and recoveries of Rb 2O were 80.91% and 79.10%, respectively. The combined use of BK414 and dodecyl amine achieved the separation flotation of mica and feldspar in neutral pulp environment.The research provides a new technical reference for the development and utilization of this type of rubidium-bearing mica mineral.
