摘要
针对现有石墨提纯技术的不足,提出加压碱浸—常压酸浸工艺,考察了加压碱浸和常压酸浸各因素对提纯效果的影响。结果表明,在加压碱浸温度200℃、碱浓度250g/L、液固比3、反应时间1h、矿石粒度P90=-45μm,常压酸浸温度80℃、酸浓度2.16%条件下,提纯后石墨产品固定碳含量可达96%以上。
A high pressure alkaline leaching and atmospheric acid leaching process is proposed for purification of aphanitic graphite and the effects of various factors were investigated. The results show that the fixed carbon content in graphite products after purification can over 96% under the conditions of high-pressure alkaline leaching for 1 h with temperature of 200 ℃, alkali concentration of 250 g/L, liquid/solid ratio of 3 and concentrate particle size of P 90 =-45 μm, and atmospheric acid leaching with temperature of 80 ℃ and acid concentration of 2.16%.
