CT影像学评估重症胰腺炎中药治疗疗效价值研究

Value of CT Imaging in Evaluating the Therapeutic Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine for Severe Pancreatitis

[目的]研究CT对中药治疗重症胰腺炎临床疗效的评价。[方法]在2018年1月到2019年3月期间选择200例重症胰腺炎患者完成实验,200例患者分别采用不同的治疗方法,对照组采用对症治疗;观察组在对症治疗的基础上采用中药治疗,患者治疗前后分别进行CT检查,观察患者的症状评分、实验室指标恢复正常的时间、临床疗效以及CT表现。[结果]结果可知,观察组症状评分、临床疗效都要明显优于对照组,且实验室指标恢复正常时间也要明显短于对照组(P<0.05);CT表现为胰腺肿胀程度明显降低,肿块明显缩小,有部分胰腺坏死病灶也明显缩小,胰周的积液明显减少,肾筋膜也明显变薄。[结论]由此我们可知知道,用中药治疗重症胰腺炎取得了明显的治疗效果,可明显的降低患者的症状评分,缩短实验室指标恢复正常的时间,提高临床疗效,而且用CT来评价重症胰腺炎患者的治疗效果有非常重大的意义。

[Objective]Study the clinical efficacy of CT in the treatment of severe pancreatitis with traditional Chinese medicine.[Methods]From January 2018 to March 2019,200 patients with severe pancreatitis were selected to complete the experiment.200 patients were treated with different treatments.The patients in the control group were treated with symptomatic treatment.The patients in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of symptomatic treatment.Treatment,patients were treated with CT before and after treatment,to observe the patient’s symptom score,the time to return to normal laboratory indicators,clinical efficacy and CT findings.[Results]The results showed that the symptom score and clinical efficacy of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the normal time of the laboratory index was also significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The CT showed the patient’s pancreas swelling.The degree was significantly reduced,the mass was significantly reduced,some of the pancreatic necrosis lesions were also significantly reduced,the peri-pancreatic effusion was significantly reduced,and the renal fascia was also significantly thinner.[Conclusion]From this we can know that the treatment of severe pancreatitis with traditional Chinese medicine has achieved obvious therapeutic effects,which can significantly reduce the patient’s symptom score,shorten the time for laboratory indicators to return to normal,improve clinical efficacy,and use CT to evaluate severe pancreatitis.The patient’s treatment effect is very significant.
