穴位埋线治疗脾肾阳虚型肠易激综合征疗效分析

Observation and Analysis of the Therapeutic Effect of Acupoint Catgut Embedding on Irritable Bowel Syndrome of Spleen and Kidney Yang Deficiency

[目的]分析讨论穴位埋线治疗脾肾阳虚型肠易激综合征的疗效。[方法]将脾肾阳虚型肠易激综合征患者110例为例实施研究,根据患者就诊顺序将其分为针刺组和埋线组,两组各有55例,给予针刺组普通针刺治疗,给予埋线组穴位埋线治疗,观察分析两组各自的治疗价值。[结果]经治疗发现,埋线组的治疗有效率为98.18%,针刺组治疗总有效率为87.27%,埋线组治疗总有效率高于针刺组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组中医证候积分比较无差异(P>0.05),治疗后,埋线组中医证候积分为(4.5±1.7)分,针刺组中医证候积分为(7.7±2.4)分,埋线组中医证候积分低于针刺组(P<0.05);经观察记录发现,埋线组不良反应发生率为3.63%,针刺组不良反应发生率为10.36%,埋线组不良反应发生率低于针刺组(P<0.05)。[结论]穴位埋线;脾肾阳虚型;肠易激综合征;疗效;观察分析。

[Objective]To analyze the effect of acupoint embedding therapy on irritable bowel syndrome of spleen and kidney yang deficiency.[Methods]A total of 110 patients with spleen-kidney-yang deficiency irritable bowel syndrome admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to April 2019 were enrolled in this study.They were divided into acupuncture group and embedding group according to the order of patient treatment.There were 55 cases in each group,and the acupuncture group was given acupuncture treatment.The embedding thread was treated with acupoint embedding.The therapeutic value of each group was observed and analyzed.[Results]After treatment,the effective rate of embedding group was 98.18%,the total effective rate of acupuncture group was 87.27%,and the total effective rate of embedding group was higher than that of acupuncture group,P<0.05.Before treatment,two groups There is no difference in TCM syndrome scores,P>0.05.After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the embedding group is(4.5±1.7)points,and the TCM syndrome score of the acupuncture group is(7.7±2.4)points.The TCM group TCM syndrome The waiting score was lower than that of the acupuncture group,P<0.05.It was observed that the incidence of adverse reactions in the embedding group was 3.63%,the incidence of adverse reactions in the acupuncture group was 10.36%,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the embedding group was lower than that in the acupuncture.Group,P<0.05.[Conclusion]Acupoint embedding treatment is effective in treating irritable bowel syndrome of spleen and kidney yang deficiency,which can effectively improve patients’symptoms and reduce TCM syndrome scores.It has certain clinical application value.
