摘要
目的探讨林下山参冻干粉是否有增强免疫力功效。方法试验设溶剂对照组、林下山参冻干粉低、中、高剂量组[0.60 g/(kg·BW)、0.40 g/(kg·BW) 0.20 g/(kg·BW)],连续灌胃30 d,其中细胞免疫通过采用ConA诱导的小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化实验和迟发型变态反应(DTH)测定;体液免疫力通过血清溶血素测定和抗体生成细胞(PFC)检测;单核巨噬细胞功能通过检测小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞能力及小鼠碳廓清能力测定;采用乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)法测定自然杀伤(NK)细胞活性。结果在本实验条件下,以18 g^22 g雄性小鼠为试验动物,对送检样品(林下山参冻干粉)进行了增强免疫力功能检测,与对照组比较,林下山参冻干粉各剂量组小鼠体质量增重、胸腺指数、脾指数无明显变化。各试验组均未能增强ConA诱导小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖能力及促进二硝基氟苯诱导小鼠迟发型变态反应形成;0.40 g/(kg·BW )试验组小鼠的抗体生成细胞数显著增多(P <0.01),小鼠血清的抗体积数在0.20 g/(kg·BW)试验组提高(P<0.05);0.40g/(kg·BW)、0.20g/(kg·BW)试验组均能增强小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞的能力,0.60g/(kg·BW)试验组能提高小鼠NK细胞活性,各试验组均未能增强小鼠碳廓清能力。结论林下山参冻干粉对正常小鼠的体液免疫及非特异性免疫有--定调节作用。
Objective To investigate whether the lyophilized powder of ginseng under the forest had the effect of enhancing immunity. Methods The solvent control group and the lower, midle and high dose groups of ginseng lyophilized powder 0.60g/(kg·BW), 0.40 g/(kg·BW), 0.20 g/(kg·BW) were administered for 30 days. The cell immunization wus carried oul by using ConA-induced mouse spleen lymphotyles trunsformation experituents and deluyed-lype ullergie reaction ( DTH);Humoral immunity was mcasured by scrum hemolysin ussay and antibody-producing cclls ( PFC);Mononuclear macrophage function was detected by mouse peritoneal macrophages phagocytizing chicken red blood cells and mice deterrmination of carbon clearance capacity;natural killer (NK) cell activity was detected by lactate dehydrogenase ( LDH) method. Results Under the experimental conditions, 18 g-22 g male mice were used as test animals, and the samples were sent for inspection. The dry powder test was carried out to enhance the immune function test. The results showed that compared with the control group, and there was no significant change in body weight gain, thymus index and spleen index of the mice in the lyophi-lized powder of ginseng. None of the test groups failed to enhance the proliferation of spleen lymphocytes induced by ConA and promole the formation of delayed-type allergic reaction in mice induced by dinitrofluorobenzene;The number of antibodyproducing cells of mice in the0. 40 g/(kg·BW) test group increased significantly (P <0.01),and the anti-volume volume of mouse serum inereased in the0. 20 g(kg·BW) lest group (P<0.05). The0.40 g/(kg·BW) und0. 20 g/(kg. BW) test groups all enhanced the ability of mouse peritonceal macrophagcs to engulf chicken red clle. 0.60 g/(kg·BW) test group can inerease the activity of mouse NK cells, and each test group failed to enhance the carbon clearance ability of mice. Conclusion The lyophilized powder of mountain cultivated ginseng had certain regulation effect on humoral immunity and nonspecifie immunity in normal mice.
