摘要
目的探讨微生物快速培养检测在小儿肺炎支原体感染诊断中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析 2017年2月-2018年2月在本院经临床确诊的小儿肺炎支原体感染患者90例临床资料,根据检测方式不同分为对照组(快速血清学检测,45例)和观察组(微生物快速培养检测,45例),比较2种检测方法的检测结果及患儿住院时间,并分析不同年龄段微生物快速培养检测结果。结果观察组阳性率(86.67%)明显高于对照组(62.22%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);4岁~7岁患儿快速血清学检测阳性率明显高于<1岁、1岁~3岁8岁~15岁患儿,差异有统计学意义(X^2值分别为4.662、14.2708.182,P<0.05)。观察组住院时间为(17.93±4.21)d,对照组住院时间为(18.61±4. 32)d,两者差异无统计学意义(t=0.756,P=0.452)。结论微生物快速培养检测可有效提高小儿肺炎支原体感染诊断的准确性,为治疗方案提供依据,缩短住院时间。
Objective To investigate the application effect of microbiological fast culture detection in the diagnosis of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection. Methods The clinical data of 90 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. All the patients were divided into control group ( fast serologic testing, 45 cases ) and observation group ( microbiological fast culture detection, 45 cases) by different detection methods. The detection results of two methods and children's hospital stays were compared between the two groups. The microbiological fast culture detection results at different ages were analyzed. Results The positive rate of observation group (86. 67%) was higher than control group ( 62.22%),with the difference statistically significant (P <0.05). The positive detection rate of fast serologic testing in patients aged 4 -7 was higher than that in patients aged<1, 1 -3 and8-15, and there was statistical significance on the difference (x^2=4. 662, 14.270, 8. 182, P<0. 05). The hospital stays in observation group was (17.93±4.21) d, the hospital stays in control group was (18.61±4.32) d, and there was no statistical significance on the difference (t=0.756, P =0.452). Conclusion Microbiological fast culture detection in the diagnosis of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection has higher accuracy, which can provide basis for treatment regimen and shorten hospital stays.
