摘要
目的探讨醒脑静注射液对颅内动脉瘤夹闭术后患者治疗效果的观察。方法选取本院于 2014年6月-2017年6月收治的行颅内动脉瘤夹闭术颅内动脉瘤患者78例,按照随机表法分为观察组与对照组,各39例。对照组患者于术后给予依达拉奉注射液,观察组在对照组基础上结合醒脑静注射液。2组疗程均为2周。比较2组治疗疗效,治疗前后ADL评分和CNS评分、氧自由基指标及S100β蛋白水平变化。结果2 组治疗后ADL评分增加而CNS评分降低(观察组:t值分别为22.787、27.692 ,对照组:t值分别为9. 049、13. 475,P <0. 05);观察组治疗后ADL评分高于对照组,CNS评分低于对照组(t值分别为13. 382、11.018,P <0.05)。2组治疗后MDA水平降低而SOD含量增加(观察组:t值分别为10. 838、13.239 ,对照组:t值分别为4.9538. 349 ,P<0.05);观察组治疗后MDA水平低于对照组而SOD含量高于对照组(t值分别为7.137、8.990,P<0.05)。2组治疗后S100β蛋白水平降低(观察组:t = 54.006 ,对照组:t =37.020,P<0.05);观察组治疗后S100p蛋白水平低于对照组(t=26.904,P<0.05)。结论醒脑静注射液对颅内动脉瘤夹闭术后患者效果明显,且可改善患者氧自由基及降低S100β蛋白水平,具有重要研究价值,值得临床进一步推广应用。
Objective To investigate the eflet of Xingnaojing Injection on patients with intracranial aneurysms after elipping and clamping effeet and influence on patients with oxidative stress and S100 beta protein. Methods From June 2014 to June 2017, 78 cases of intracranial aneurysm clipping in our hospital were divided into the observation group and the control group, with 39 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given Edaravone Injection after operation, but the observation group accepted Xingnaojing Injection on the basis of Edaravone Injection. The two groups were treated for 2 weeks. The thera- peutic effcts of the two groups were compared. The scores of ADL and CNS, the indexes of oxidative stress and the level of S100 beta protein before and after treatment were compared. Results Afiter treatment, the ADL scores of the two groups increased and the CNS score decreased ( observation group: t =22.787, t=27. 692,control group: t=9.049, t=13.475, P< 0.05);the ADL score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group and the CNS score after lreatment. Lower than the control group (t=13.382, t=11.018, P<0. 05). After treatment, the levels of MDA decreased and the content of SOD increased ( observation group: t= 10. 838, t= 13.239, control group: t=4. 953, t=8.349, P<0. 05). The MDA level of the observation group after treatment was lower than that of the control group, while SOD The conlent was higher than the conlrol group (t=7.137, t=8.990, P <0.05). The levels of S100β protein in the two groups were decreased aler Ireatment ( observation group: t= 54.006, control group: t=37. 020, P<0. 05);the level of S100β protein in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (t= 26.904,P<0. 05). Conclusion The effect of Xingnaojing Injection on intracranial aneurysm clip patients after clipping is significant, can improve the oxidative stress response of patients and reduce S100 protein level, which has important rescarch value and is worthy of further clinical application.
