摘要
在基础教育课程改革过程中,如何促使改革理念有效地转化成教师在课堂上的教育教学行动?此可谓教育改革领域的一道世界性难题。70年来,尤其是改革开放40年来,我国中小学课程改革的历史证明,强有力的政府主导、简单明晰的改革理念和行动纲领、卓有成效的教师进修制度和基层教研制度,是我们推动课程改革从理念转化为行动的成功经验。面向未来,我们应当总结历史经验,继往开来,在基础教育课程改革中取得更加辉煌的成就。
In the process of basic education curriculum reform, how to transform the ideas of reform into the teaching actions of teachers in the classroom? This is a worldwide problem in the field of education reform. Over the past 70 years, especially the past 40 years of reform and opening-up, the curriculum reform in primary and secondary schools in China has proved that the strong leading government, the simple and clear reform ideas and action plans, the effective system for teacher training and the institution of front-line teaching research are the key factors to successfully transform the ideas of curriculum reform into actions. Facing the future, we must further reform and improve the institution of front-line teaching research with Chinese characteristics, play its role in connecting curriculum theory and teaching practice, increase the scientificity of decision-making in the curriculum reform with multisubject participation, and emphasize the guidance of teachers to play the important role of primary and secondary school students in the curriculum reform, thus to achieve more brilliant achievements.
