逻各斯的失衡与道的平衡——循证社会工作的西学话语和东渐重构

The Imbalance Logos and the Balance of Tao——The Western Discourse System and Eastern Discourse Reconstruction of Evidence-Based Social Work Discourse

中国社会工作话语体系的发展要体现中国特色,但目前仍处于西方学徒状态,表现为知识话语二元对立、理论话语西方靶向和实务话语碎片化,原因在于社会工作话语体系只在认识论和方法论层面本土化,本体论仍以西方的逻各斯为哲学基础.基于逻各斯的西方循证社会工作处于狭义循证和广义循证张力中,形成失衡的话语体系:哲学基础的逻各斯中心主义、理论范式的二元对立、实践模式的狭隘倒退.本土循证社会工作延续了这种失衡,造成理论范式的专业化和本土化对峙、实践模式狭隘化和相对化并存.重构本土循证社会工作话语体系应以道代替逻各斯作为哲学基础,让理论范式回归关系视角,使实践模式基于社区空间和单元时间进行变通、实现对立失衡向圆融平衡的转向,从而为中国特色的社会工作话语体系建构提供自主思路.

Chinese characteristics should be reflected during the development of discourse system of social work.But the local discourse system is still in a state of western apprentice which can be described as the binary opposition between knowledge discourse,theoretical discourse following the western theories and fragmented practical discourse.The principle reason is that only epistemology and methodology of discourse system is localized as well as the ontology is still based on the western philosophy logos.The evidence-based social work from the west which is struggling in the tension between the narrow EBP and the broad one,reveals an unbalanced discourse system:logocentrism in philosophy base,binary opposition of theoretical paradigm,and practice mode backward.This imbalance continuously exsists in the local evidence-based social work,manifested as the confrontation between the specialization and localization of the theoretical paradigms,and the coexistence of the narrowness and relativism of the practical model.In order to reconstruct the local evidence-based social work discourse system,the logos should be replaced by the Tao as the philosophical basis,the theoretical paradigm should be returned to the perspective of Guanxi,and the practice mode should be flexible based on the community space and unit time,so as to realize the transition from opposites and imbalance to harmony and balance, finally provide independent way for the construction of social work discourse system with Chinese characteristics.
