高校“大思政”教育体系的现实困境与四维建构

The Realistic Dilemma and Four-Dimensional Construction of the “Mega Ideological and Political” Education System in Colleges and Universities

高校“大思政”教育体系以“立德树人”为核心,将学校的教育教学环节、管理服务环节与学生成长发展相关的内容统一融入思想政治教育之中,构建全员、全程、全方位的育人体系。当前建构高校“大思政”教育体系面临着教育实践与教育理念偏差、教师队伍有待加强、学生发展的主体性缺失、“大思政”教育环境复杂多变等现实境遇。在建构高校“大思政”教育体系的过程中,需要落实以生为本、德育为先的教育理念;促进教师主导、学生主体的整体性发展;加强环境育人,开展无形教育;运用与时俱进、灵活多变的教育方法,协力共建高校“大思政”教育体系。

The “mega ideological and political”education system in colleges and universities is centered on“cultivating people through virtues”,and should integrate the education and teaching,management service,as well as the students' growth and development into the ideological and political education. Furthermore,we should build an education system in which the whole staff are involved in the whole process of education form all directions. Currently,the construction of the "mega ideological and political" education system in colleges and universities is faced with many practical difficulties such as the deviation of the educational practice from educational philosophies,weak teachers' team,the lack of the subjectivity of the students' development,as well as the complex and ever-changing educational environment of “mega political and education”education. Therefore,in the process of constructing the “mega ideological and political”education in colleges and universities,it is necessary to implement the concepts of ”putting student first" and “giving top priority to moral education”;promoting the teacher-led overall development with students being the subjects;strengthening the environmental education and carrying out intangible education;giving full use of the flexible and changeable education methods of advancing with the times,and working together to build a "mega ideological and political" education system.
