Nell Noddings introduces caring to education and invented a new model of education. She believes that the purpose of education is to cultivate personnel who are competent,caring,loving,and worthy of love. Caring is the center of school education and runs through all aspects of school education. Caring is lasting,and caring for the implementation of education needs to be achieved through examples,dialogue,practice and verification.
