摘要
目的探讨细胞周期蛋白D1(cyclinD1)与程序性死亡受体配体1(PD-L1)在不同分子亚型浸润性乳腺癌中的表达及相关性。方法收集78例原发性浸润性乳腺癌患者的病历资料和乳腺组织标本。观察cyclinD1和PD-L1在不同分子亚型浸润性乳腺癌组织中的表达及与临床特征的关系,并分析二者相关性。结果不同分子亚型原发性浸润性乳腺癌中cyclinD1、PD-L1表达情况比较,差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。三阴性乳腺癌中PD-L1阳性表达率高于LuminalA型乳腺癌,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。TNM分期为Ⅰ~Ⅱ期、ER阳性原发性浸润性乳腺癌患者乳腺癌组织中cyclinD1阳性表达率高于TNM分期为Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、ER阴性患者,PD-L1阳性表达率低于TNM分期为Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、ER阴性患者,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。在原发性浸润性乳腺癌中,cyclinD1与PD-L1表达呈负相关(r=-0.436,P=0.021)。结论在原发性浸润性乳腺癌中,cyclinD1水平与PD-L1水平呈负相关,且cyclinD1阳性表达与TNM分期低及ER阳性有关;PD-L1在三阴性乳腺癌中呈高表达,其在乳腺癌组织中的阳性表达与TNM分期高及ER阴性有关。
Objective To explore the expression of cyclin D1 and programmed cell death 1 ligand 1 (PD-L1) in different molecular subtypes of invasive breast cancer and correlation analysis.Method The clinical data and breast tissue specimens of 78 patients with primary invasive breast cancer were collected.The expression of cyclin D1 and PD-L1 in different molecular subtypes of invasive breast cancer were determined,and their relationship with clinical characteristics were observed to explore the correlation between them.Result The expression of cyclin D1 and PD-L1 in different molecular subtypes of breast cancer showed no statistical difference (P>0.05).The positive expression of PD-L1 in triplenegative breast cancer was significantly higher than that in Luminal A breast cancer (P<0.05).TNM stage Ⅰ~Ⅱ,and estrogen receptor (ER) positive primary invasive breast cancer patients had significantly higher cyclin D1 expression compared to those with TNM stage Ⅲ~Ⅳ and ER negative diseases,in contrast,the positive expression of PD-L1 were lower among patients with TNM stage Ⅲ~Ⅳ and ER negative diseases (P<0.05).In primary invasive breast cancer patients,cyclin D1 was negatively correlated with PD-L1 expression (r=-0.436,P=0.021).Conclusion In primary invasive breast cancer patients,cyclin D1 level negatively relates to PD-L1 expression,and its positive expression is linked to lower TNM stage and positive ER;PD-L1 is highly expressed in triple-negative breast cancer,and its expression in other types of breast cancer tissues is associated with TNM stage and ER negativity.
