摘要
阐述广东省古树名木资源情况,从管理政策法规、资金投入、日常养护、保护宣传等方面分析了广东省古树名木保护管理现状,针对古树名木保护管理中存在的保护法制建设滞后、管护经费不足、群众保护意识仍有待提高、复壮实施效果仍有待改善、应对自然灾害的机制有待完善等问题,提出了完善保护管理法规、制定保护与复壮规范、实施生态补偿制度、成立保护协会、多渠道筹措管护资金、加强宣传、强化复壮技术支撑、开展古树名木监测及建立自然灾害预警机制等保护发展对策。
The present situation of protection and management of ancient and famous trees in Guangdong Province was analyzed from the aspects of management policies and regulations,capital investment,daily maintenance and protection propaganda.This paper suggested to perfect protection and management regulations,formulate protection and rejuvenation norms,implement ecological compensation system,establish protection associations,raise funds through multiple channels,intensify propaganda,strengthen rejuvenation technology,develop monitoring of ancient and famous trees resources,and establish the early warning mechanism for natural disasters to solve the existing problems,such as lagging construction of protection legal system,insufficient funds for management,weak awareness of protection and imperfect effect of rejuvenation.
