流动人口主体性的生成逻辑——基于广东省流动人口参与社区换届选举的调查

The Generation Logic of the Subjectivity of Floating Population

本文以流动人口参与流入地社区换届选举为例,分析流动人口参与社区换届选举的需求和行动,阐释其主体性生成逻辑。通过对相关的社会实践及理论展开了讨论,本文发现流动人口主体性之所以显著,一方面在于流动社会的到来使人口流动呈现具有新时代特征的主体性需求;另一方面,社区作为城市治理的重要场域催发了流动人口的主体性行动。于是,需求与行动推进流动人口以社区参与为介质,构筑其主体性。理性选择、社会网络和融城决策三个维度则具体体现了流动人口主体性的生成过程。

Take the participation of floating population in community general election as an example,this paper analyzes the needs and actions of the floating population participating in the community general election and explains its subjectivity generation logic. Through the discussion of relevant social practices and theories, this paper finds that the subjectivity of floating population is remarkable, on the one hand, the arrival of mobile society makes the floating population present the subjectivity demand with the characteristics of the new era;On the other hand, as an important field of urban governance, community promotes the subjective action of floating population. Therefore, the need and action to promote the floating population to participate in the community as the medium, to build its subjectivity. The three dimensions of rational choice, social network and decision-making in urban integration embody the generation process of floating population’s subjectivity.
