油田稠油生产站场采暖节能改造技术与应用

摘要 油田稠油生产站场冬季保温能耗高、热能利用率低的问题,亟需改进提高。通过对油田生产现场已经实施的13种采暖方式的技术特点、使用条件、使用效果和经济效益分析,得出各类采暖技术在生产现场的适用范围和投资回收期;并据此提出适合不同油田稠油站场环境条件下的最佳采暖技术及采暖方式,为不同类型稠油站场采暖改造和新建稠油站场采暖工艺设计提供依据。 Oilfield heavy oil production station in winter has high energy consumption of thermal insulation and low utilization rate of thermal energy,which needs to be improved urgently. Based on the analysis of the technical characteristics, operating conditions, using effects and economic benefits of 13 heating modes already implemented in oilfield production sites, the applicable scope and payback period of investment of various heating technologies in production sites are obtained, and the optimum heating technology and heating method suitable for different oilfield heavy oil station environment conditions are put forward accordingly. It provides a basis for heating renovation of different types of heavy oil stations and heating process design of new heavy oil stations.
