摘要
土地利用系数是站场平面布置的主要技术指标之一。在站场平面布局设计时,提高站场土地利用系数,可提高土地利用效率,节省站场占地,降低工程投资。原油处理站场平面布置通过“四步法”,即:选规范、列设备、定尺寸、守原则,针对工艺流程、单体布局、外网衔接等因素综合考虑布置。在满足工艺要求、兼顾各方面因素的同时,根据工程特点及生产管理需求布置站场平面,从而帮助设计人员快速理清设计思路,使原油处理站场平面布局的设计在方便生产操作、管理、施工和维修的前提下,提高土地利用系数,使站场平面布局先进合理、安全经济。
The land use coefficient is one of the main technical indicators for the layout of the station. When the station layout design, the land use coefficient of the station is improved, the land use efficiency can be improved, the land occupation of the station can be saved, and the project investment can be reduced. The layout of the crude oil processing station site adopts the "four- step method", namely: selection of specifications, column equipment, sizing, and adherence principles, and comprehensively considers the factors such as process flow, single layout, and external network connection, and meets the process requirements. At the same time of various factors, the station floor is arranged according to the engineering characteristics and production management requirements, thus helping the designers to quickly clear the design ideas, so that the layout of the crude oil processing station layout is convenient for production operation,management, construction and maintenance. The layout is advanced and reasonable, safe and economical,and the land use coefficient is improved.
