隆尧县水资源统筹利用规划研究分析

Research and Analysis on Water Resources Integrated Utilization Planning in Longyao County

在当前隆尧县经济发展与地下水超采水资源短缺背景下,分析评价了隆尧县地表水、地下水、再生水及外调水水资源总量。结合国民发展规划等成果分别预测了2020年、2025年和2035年规划水平年总需水量,根据初步供需分析结果,提出了引江水利用、蓄水、管网联通、节水工程等一系列有针对性的工程性及管理性措施。通过全社会节水和水资源开发利用建设,全县2025年水资源供需可以达到平衡,为经济可持续发展提供有力支撑。

Under the background of the current economic development and shortage of groundwater resources due to over-exploitation in Longyao County,the article analyzed and evaluated the surface water,the groundwater,the reclaimed water and external water transfer in the area.On the basis of the national development plan and other achievements,it predicted respectively the annual total water demand of 2020,2025 and 2035.According to the preliminary analysis results of supply and demand,it puts forward a series of pertinent engineering and management measures such as diversion water utilization,water storage,pipeline network interconnection and water saving project.Through the construction of water saving and water resources development and utilization in the whole society,the water resources supply and demand in the county can reach a balance in 2025,which provides strong support for sustainable economic development.
