摘要
永磁同步电机近年来在在冶金行业、陶瓷行业、橡胶行业、石油行业以及纺织行业等行业中应用越来越广泛,变频驱动永磁同步电机也越来越普遍,在调试变频器时会面临如何确定三相永磁同步电机额定电压的问题。基于此,探讨了三相永磁同步电机调试流程,并对公式法和最小电流法确定额定电压进行了定量和定性说明。
In recent years, permanent magnet synchronous motors have become more and more widely used in the metallurgical industry, ceramic industry, rubber industry, petroleum industry and textile industry. Variable frequency drive permanent magnet synchronous motors are also becoming more and more popular. How to determine the rated voltage of a threephase permanent magnet synchronous motor. Based on this, the debugging process of three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor is discussed, and the formula method and minimum current method are used to determine the rated voltage.
