法兰芯轴过盈装配的有限元分析

摘要 过盈装配常应用于法兰、芯轴等类型机械结构装配过程中,装配力和压入深度的关系会因接触面积不断变化而表现出强烈的非线性。从弹性理论解、非线性有限元解两方面对法兰芯轴进行计算分析,通过理论解和有限元解对比,分析两者误差和引起误差的主要因素,并得出了法兰芯轴装配压力和拔出力随摩擦系数和过盈量之间的变化规律,对过盈装配力计算提供依据。 Interference fit is often used in the assembly process of mechanical structures such as flanges and mandrels. The relationship between assembly force and indentation depth is strongly nonlinear due to the changing contact area. From the elastic theory solution and the nonlinear finite element solution, the flange mandrel is calculated and analyzed. Through the comparison of the theoretical solution and the finite element solution, the main factors of the error and the error are analyzed, and the flange mandrel assembly is obtained. The pressure and pull-out force are based on the variation law between the friction coefficient and the interference amount, which provides a basis for the calculation of the interference assembly force.
