摘要
密封性和尺寸是影响点火器发火安全性的关键因素,压力和扭矩是影响锥形密封结构密封性和尺寸的核心装配工艺参数。目前,手工装配过程存在压力、扭矩未能实时采集以及操作繁琐等问题。通过对插塞压装工艺流程分析,重新确定了压力和扭矩加载时序。基于伺服加载系统,研制出锥形电连接器复合压拧装置和系列工装,并进行了试验验证,解决了生产过程量化控制问题,降低了生产劳动强度。
Sealing and size are key factors influencing the safety of the igniter. Pressure and torque are core assembly process parameters that affect the seal and size of the tapered seal. At present, there are problems such as pressure in the manual assembly process, inability to collect torque in real time, and cumbersome operation. Pressure and torque loading timings were redefined by analyzing the plug press process. Based on the servo loading system, the conical electrical connector composite pressing device and series tooling were developed and tested and verified to solve the quantitative control problem of the production process and reduce the labor intensity of production.
