摘要
根据客户要求及给出的初步设计参数,得出水泵曲线;同时,描述了直径不变时通过改变b2、β等参数改变流量与功率的方法。另外,为了保持出口高度不变,通过增加直径及提高扬程加以实现,所以本文提出流量换功率以及直径换功率构思,最终满足客户所需的技术节点要求。
According to the customer's requirements and the preliminary design parameters given, the pump curve is obtained. At the same time, the method of changing the flow and power by changing the parameters such as b2 and β when the diameter is constant is described. In addition, in order to keep the height of the outlet unchanged, by increasing the diameter and increasing the lift, this paper proposes the concept of flow-replacement power and diameter-changing power, and finally meets the technical node requirements required by customers.
