摘要 澳大利亚TAFE和德国双元制职教模式相同之处是体现在组织管理模式架构、教学纲领性文件制定、不同教育体系衔接、设立全国统一职业资格框架、重视培养学生实践综合能力以及职业教师准入制度等方面,而在办学机制、教学培养主体、职教生源类型、教学方式和考核评价方式等方面存在着较大差异。通过对比分析,认为我国职业教育应学习两国取得成功的相同之处。 The Australian TAFE and the German dualsystem vocational education model are similar in the organization management model structure, the formulation of teaching program documents, the convergence of different education systems, the establishment of a national unified vocational qualification framework, the emphasis on the development of students’ comprehensive practical ability and the admission of vocational teachers. In terms of institutions, there are major differences in the mechanism of running schools, the main body of teaching, the types of students in vocational education, teaching methods and evaluation methods. Through comparative analysis, it is believed that vocational education in China should learn the similarities between the two countries’ success.
