摘要 针对老弱病残为主的多层老旧建筑居民,盘井式民楼电梯既可消除爬楼梯费力缓慢的困扰,又满足施工方便、安全可靠、方便实用以及费用低廉的条件。该种电梯首要为安全考虑,最大的优势在于发生故障率低,可大范围施工安装,且需要投资少。因此,大范围普及盘井式电梯会为大部分居民生活带来福音,用科技力量为和谐社会做出贡献。 For the multi-layer old building residents who are mainly old, weak and sick, the Panjing-style residential building elevator can eliminate the troubles of slow walking and meet the conditions of convenient construction, safety, reliability, convenience and practicality as well as low cost. This kind of elevator is mainly for safety considerations. The biggest advantage is that the failure rate is low, it can be installed in a wide range, and it requires less investment. Therefore, the popularization of the Panjing Elevator will bring the gospel to the lives of most residents and contribute to the harmonious society with the power of science and technology.
