基于密炼机真空智能送料系统装置的研究

摘要 以密炼机送料系统装置为研究对象,针对投料时纳米粒子质量轻、粘性小以及送料时会产生扬尘或回流现象,利用PLC对进料系统进行改进;采用真空智能进料系统装置,使密炼机送料口内部与大气压产生强大压强差,避免进料口出现纳米粒子扬尘与回流。另外,还可以根据密炼机所需控制进料量以及进料速率。经试验表明,这种装置是可行的,具有操作简单方便、送料效率高和智能化程度高等优点。 Taking the mixer feeding system device as the research object, the nano-particles are light in weight, sticky, and dusting or reflow phenomenon during feeding, and the feeding system is improved by PLC;the vacuum intelligent feeding system device is used to make the dense The inside of the feed port of the refining machine produces a strong pressure difference between the inside and the atmospheric pressure, so as to avoid the dust and backflow of the nanoparticles at the feed port. In addition, it is also possible to control the amount of feed and the feed rate as required by the mixer. Tests have shown that this device is feasible, with the advantages of simple and convenient operation, high feeding efficiency and high intelligence.
