研制一种SD5切丝机下刀门间隙调整装置

Development of a Clearance Adjusting Device for Lower Knife Door of SD5 Tobacco Cutting Machine

针对SD5切丝机下刀门间隙调整过程中费时费力、精度得不到保证等问题,研制一种可实现精确可靠、使用方便的SD5切丝机下刀门间隙调整装置。SD5切丝机下刀门间隙调整装置由刻度盘、指针组成,装置制造安装后,经试验证明,SD5切丝机下刀门间隙调整所消耗工时由81min降至15min。

Aiming at the problems of time-consuming and labor-saving and accuracy in the process of adjusting the gap of the SD5 cutting machine, a cutting-edge clearance device for the SD5 cutting machine can be developed which is accurate, reliable and easy to use. The SD5 shredder’s lower door clearance adjustment device consists of a dial and a pointer. After the device is manufactured and installed, it has been proved by experiments that the working time of the SD5 wire cutter under the knife gap adjustment is reduced from 81min to 15min.
