摘要
某电厂引风机为上海鼓风机厂双级动叶可调轴流风机,其液压调节机构为TLT液压调节系统,由于液压缸定位轴轴承损坏,动叶调节失控,无法定位,只能实现全开全关,最终因维持在全开位置导致短时间内炉膛压力急剧下降,炉膛压力低低保护动作导致机组停机。引风机故障原因为液压缸指示轴与机壳结合部分积灰、锈蚀,导致液压缸轴承保持架受交变冲击最终失效。因此,建议此类液压调节机构取消液压缸输出指示齿轮,消除液压缸反馈系统卡涩隐患。
The induced draft fan of a power plant is a twostage moving blade adjustable axial flow fan of Shanghai Blower Factory. The hydraulic adjustment mechanism is TLT hydraulic adjustment system. Because the hydraulic cylinder positioning shaft bearing is damaged, the blade adjustment is out of control and cannot be positioned. In the end, the furnace pressure drops sharply in a short period of time due to the maintenance of the fully open position, and the furnace pressure is low and the protection action causes the unit to stop. The cause of the failure of the induced draft fan is that the hydraulic cylinder indicates that the shaft and the casing are partially ashed and rusted, resulting in the hydraulic cylinder bearing cage being eventually damaged by the alternating impact. Therefore, it is recommended that such a hydraulic adjustment mechanism cancel the hydraulic cylinder output indicating gear to eliminate the hidden danger of the hydraulic cylinder feedback system.
