摘要
近年来,随着汽车行业快速发展,再制造清洗技术逐步应用于汽车行业,尤其是汽车车桥再制造清洗技术应用,满足了汽车行业可持续发展目标,达到了技能减排效果。清洗技术是再制造环节的重要工艺,直接决定着再制造实施效果,在很多行业得到较为普遍的应用,未来还具有广阔的应用前景。基于此,从车桥再制造零件表面的污染物类型及其处理角度出发,分析了汽车车桥再制造清洗技术具体应用方法,对汽车行业发展具有重要指导价值。
In recent years, with the rapid development of the automotive industry, remanufacturing cleaning technology has been gradually applied to the automotive industry, especially the application of automotive axle cleaning and cleaning technology, to meet the sustainable development goals of the automotive industry, and to achieve the skills of emission reduction. Cleaning technology is an important process in the remanufacturing process, which directly determines the remanufacturing effect. It is widely used in many industries and has broad application prospects in the future. Based on this, from the perspective of the types of pollutants on the surface of remanufactured parts and their treatment, the specific application methods of remanufacturing and cleaning technology for automobile axles are analyzed, which has important guiding value for the development of the automotive industry.
