摘要
某火电厂凝结水泵并列运行过程中,出口管道振动剧烈,通过现场情况分析,可知管道固有频率与叶片通过频率重合引起了共振;在激烈振动激励下,影响出口管道振动。现场通过改变凝结水泵出口管道结构,并将水泵叶轮叶片数量进行调整,解决了管道共振引起的凝结水泵振动大故障。
During the parallel operation of a condensate pump in a thermal power plant, the vibration of the outlet pipe is severe. Through the analysis of the site conditions, it is known that the natural frequency of the pipe coincides with the frequency of the blade passing through, causing resonance;under the intense vibration excitation, the vibration of the outlet pipe is affected. At the scene, the structure of the condensate pump outlet pipe was changed, and the number of pump impeller blades was adjusted to solve the large failure of the condensate pump vibration caused by the pipe resonance.
