摘要
柔性智造生产线是现代生产线的发展趋势。为了让学生了解制造技术应用发展规律,南京信息职业技术学院建立了一条自行设计的柔性智造生产线,并采用仿真方式设计其运行流程,构建仿真教学平台;配合实际生产线,该仿真平台降低了设备耗损,解决由于设备短缺不利于学生练习的问题,提升了教学质量与效率。
Flexible production lines are the development trend of modern production lines. In order to let students understand the development law of manufacturing technology application, Nanjing Institute of Information Technology established a flexible intelligent production line designed by itself, and designed its operation process by simulation to build a simulation teaching platform. With the actual production line, the simulation platform reduced the equipment. Loss, solve the problem of students’ practice due to equipment shortage, and improve the quality and efficiency of teaching.
