提高海军指挥信息网络安全防护水平的建议

On optimizing security of naval command and control information network

基于对海军指挥信息网络安全防护能力建设重难点问题的探索,提出要从构筑管防并重体系、建立分级防护模式、完善安全防护手段、建强防护策略管控、提高人员防护能力五个方面,不断推进海军指挥信息网络安全防护建设。

In this preliminary research on some key issues of Naval Command and Control information network construction, suggestions are given for the optimization of the network such as building a system that emphasizes both management and precaution, setting up a grading protection mode, improving security measures, enhancing protection policy control and promoting individual capability of the staff.
