With frequent technology transfer, not only military technology, but also civilian technology is increasingly involved in national defense construction. In the absence of domestic policies and regulations on the determination of royalties for military patents, we can take the experience of the United States over years of practice for reference in China′s situation. For instance, distinguishing the scope of payment in patent acquisition, formulating reasonable pricing methods, and adopting commercial operation methods for procurement and so on-all this plays an important role in promoting the establishment of our military patent pricing mechanism.
