腹腔镜小儿疝囊高位结扎术与开放性小儿疝囊高位结扎术的临床价值探究

Clinical Value of Laparoscopic High Ligation of Sac in Children and High Ligation of Open Sac in Children

目的探讨腹腔镜小儿疝囊高位结扎术与开放性小儿疝囊高位结扎术临床价值。方法选取我院及南方医科大学第五附属医院普外科在2014年7月-2018年7月期间收治的110例腹股沟疝患儿作为研究对象,根据患儿监护人意愿术式分为腹腔镜手术组(52例)和开放性手术组(58例)。比较两组患儿的平均手术时间、切口大小、出血量、愈合时间以及并发症发生率。结果腹腔镜手术操作时间、伤口愈合时间明显短于开放性手术组;腹腔镜手术组出血量较开放性手术组少;腹腔镜组并发症发生率(1.9%)显著低于开放性组(22.4%),以上差异均具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论腹腔镜小儿疝囊高位结扎术较开放性小儿疝囊高位结扎术操作简便,伤口愈合时间短,显著降低术后并发症发生率,有利于减轻患儿痛苦,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of laparoscopic high ligation of the hernia sac and high ligation of the sac in children.Methods A total of 110 children with inguinal hernia who were admitted to the Department of General Surgery,the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Southern Medical University from July 2014 to July 2018 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into laparoscopic surgery according to the wishes of the guardian of the child.Group(52 cases)and open surgery group(58 cases).The mean operative time,incision size,blood loss,healing time,and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results Laparoscopic operation time and wound healing time were significantly shorter than open surgery group,laparoscopic surgery group had less bleeding than open surgery group,laparoscopic group complication rate(1.9%)was significantly lower than open group(22.4%),the above differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic high ligation of the hernia sac is easier than the open sac of the open sac,and the wound healing time is short,which significantly reduces the incidence of postoperative complications,which is beneficial to alleviate the suffering of children and is worthy of clinical promotion.
