以家庭为中心的护理模式在产后健康教育中的应用效果研究

Research on Application Effect of Family-centered Nursing Model in Postpartum Health Education

目的探讨以家庭为中心的护理模式在产后健康教育中的应用效果。方法选择2016年12月-2017年11月于我院进行分娩的初产妇150例,以随机数表法将其分为对照组与研究组,每组各75例。对照组产后采取常规口头宣教模式进行健康指导,研究组在此基础上采用以家庭为中心的护理模式开展产后健康教育。评价与对比两组产妇与新生儿并发症的发生率,以及纯母乳喂养率。结果研究组产妇产后并发症发生率1.33%低于对照组10.67%(P<0.05),研究组产后新生儿并发症发生率2.67%低于对照组13.33%(P<0.05)。研究组纯母乳喂养率84.00%,高于对照组60.00%(P<0.05)。结论以家庭为中心的护理模式在产后健康教育中具有显著的应用效果,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of family-centered nursing model in postpartum health education.Methods One hundred and fifty cases of first-born women who were delivered in our hospital from December 2016 to November 2017 were selected and divided into control group and study group by random number table method,75 cases in each group.The control group were used the oral oral preaching model to provide health guidance.The study group were used the family-centered nursing model to carry out postpartum health education.Evaluated and compared the incidence of maternal and neonatal complications in the two groups and the exclusive breastfeeding rate.Results The incidence of postpartum complications in the study group was 1.33%,which was lower than that of the control group of 10.67%(P<0.05).The postpartum neonatal complication rate in the study group was 2.67%,which was lower than the control group's 13.33%(P<0.05)..The exclusive breastfeeding rate was 84.00%in the study group,which was higher than 60.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The family-centered nursing model has significant application effect in post-natal health education and it is worthy of promotion.
