南海自航FLNG台风期间解脱方案设计

摘要 设计自航FLNG以解决因南海台风限制FLNG开发深远海天然气资源的难题,统计南海夏季台风的影响范围、移动轨迹等关键数据,计算确定南海小型FLNG的台风期间报警、解脱和航行范围,总结FLNG的解脱时间和解脱作业程序。 A new type of self-propelled FLNG was designed to solve the problem that typhoons in the south China sea limit FLNG’s development of deep sea natural gas resources. The key data such as influence area and movement track of summer typhoons in the south China sea were statistically analyzed to determine the range of warning, disconnect and navigation for small FLNG during typhoons in the south China sea. The disconnect time and operation procedure of FLNG were summarized and studied.
