摘要 设计并实现一套基于LabVIEW的智能诊断系统,在FPSO原油外输设备上进行验证,给出系统总体架构及实现步骤,利用Matlab神经网络工具箱,完成基于BP神经网络的智能诊断算法底层计算;通过LabVIEW中的Matlab Script节点,实现Matlab与LabVIEW的数据通信与传递,通过LabVIEW人机交互界面设定诊断参数,并将最终智能诊断结果显示在LabVIEW界面中。 A remote intelligent diagnosis system was designed and realized for FPSO crude oil delivery equipment in LabVIEW. The overall architecture and operation steps were presented. The intelligent diagnosis algorithm of BP neural network was realized by the Matlab neural network toolbox. The data communication between LabVIEW and Matlab was realized by means of the Matlab Script code in LabVIEW. The diagnosis model parameters were inputted to the BP neural network according to the LabVIEW HMI. After the intelligent diagnosis computation was done, the result can also be shown in the LabVIEW interface.
