摘要
综合考虑FPSO多种风险的相互影响,依据风险辨识、系统逻辑划分、监测指标及功能设定等关键技术,开展FPSO重大风险监测设计,通过监测FPSO重大风险点的实时状态,为FPSO的安全、稳定、经济运行提供指导性意见。
Considering the mutual impact of the various risks of FPSO, the FPSO major risk monitoring system was designed based on the key technologies such as risk identification, system logic division and the setting of monitoring function and indicators. The real-time status of FPSO at major risk points can be monitored, providing guidance on FPSO operation to ensure that the FPSO operates safely and economically.
