温井对下游压力监测影响的数值模拟分析

摘要 针对天然气管道输送过程中,温井引起的下游局部压力波动影响下游压力检测的准确性问题,使用FLUENT软件模拟实际案例,分析影响程度,结果表明,温井中压力沿着管道中心线会出现大幅度的波动,波动范围沿着管道中心向下游逐渐减小,压力监测点应尽量避免设置在温井下游。 Concerning the process of natural gas pipeline transportation, the local downstream pressure fluctuations caused by temperature wells affect the accuracy of downstream pressure detection. An actual case was simulated in FLUENT to analyze the influences. The results showed that the pressure fluctuates greatly along the central line of the pipeline;the fluctuation range decreases gradually downstream along the center of the pipeline. So the pressure monitoring points should be as far as possible avoid setting in the downstream of the temperature wells.
