摘要
目的:通过基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱(MALDI-TOF MS )在军团菌的检测分析.方法:应用MALDI-TOF MS对10株军团菌进行菌株蛋白质质谱分析比对,并通过MALDI-Biotyper 数据库软件进行分析.结果:10株军团菌均能较好的鉴定,其中有8株为嗜肺军团菌,1株为米克戴德军团菌,1株为茴香军团菌,经同源分析菌株之间可以区分一定的同源性关系.结论: MALDI-TOF MS质谱仪可用于军团菌的快速鉴定,能鉴定到属和种的水平,可用于今后辅助军团菌的鉴定及同源性分析.
Objective: To understand the application value of Matrix assisted laser resolution tandem time-of-flight mass spectrometer (MALDI-TOF MS) for detection of legionella. Methods: Ten legionella bacteria strains were detected by MALDI-TOF MS, and analysed by MALDI-Biotyper database software. Results: 10 legionella bacteria strains can be identification, including 8 strains of Legionella pneumophila, 1 strain as Legionella micdadei, 1 strain of Legionella anisa, by cognate analysis can distinguish between certain homologous relationship between strains. Conclusion: MALDI-TOF MS spectrometer can be used for rapid identification of legionella bacteria, to identify the genus and species levels, can be used to for the identification of auxiliary legionella and homology analysis.
