Research on the Improvement of Organizational Capacity of Primary Party Organizations in Colleges and Universities in the New Era

提升高校基层党组织组织力对党的全面领导在高校的扎实落实具有重要的意义。分析了基层党组织组织力的内涵要素,指出当前高校基层党组织组织力面临的的问题:诸如执行力发挥不足、组织结构设置不科学、党员先锋模范作用发挥不力等,从基本组织、基本队伍、基本活动、基本制度、基本保障等方面,提出了新时代进一步提升高校基层党组织组织力的对策建议。

Enhancing the organizational capacity of primary party organizations in colleges and universities is of great significance to the solid implementation of the party’s overall leadership in institutes. This paper analyzes the connotation elements of the organizational strength of grassroots party organizations and points out the problems faced by the current organizational level of party organizations in colleges and universities, such as insufficient implementation of executive power, unscientific organizational structure, and weaker role of exemplary vanguard of party members. The paper, from the aspects of securing basic organization, strengthening basic team, normalizing basic activities, perfecting basic system, and improving basic guarantees, puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for further strengthening the organizational capacity of grassroots party organizations in the new era.
