我国高校教师教学能力的研究热点与趋势分析——基于期刊数据的共词聚类分析与社会网络分析

摘要 高校教师的教学能力是决定高等教育质量的关键因素,提升高校教师的教学能力对推进高等教育教学改革与发展至关重要。高校教师教学能力研究已逐步成为高等教育教学研究的重点,以CNKI数据库核心期刊数据中高校教师教学能力研究论文为研究对象,采用聚类分析以及社会网络分析法对关键词进行统计分析和可视化研究,深入分析高校教师教学能力的研究热点并探讨其发展趋势。研究结果表明青年教师、教学质量、人才培养等是最主要的研究热点,互联网+背景、教学改革、教学模式与混合学习等可能成为未来研究趋势。 College teachers' teaching ability is the key to ensure the quality of higheReducation.Enhancing theiRteaching ability is essential to the promotion of reform of higheReducation, as well as its development.The study on university teachers' teaching ability has gradually become the focus of higheReducation teaching research.This papeRhas taken the research papers focused on university teachers' teaching ability in core journal data from CNKI database as the research object, applied clustering analysis and social network analysis to make statistical analysis and visualization research on key words, deeply analyzed the research hotspots of university teachers' teaching ability and discussed its development trend.It was showed that young teachers, teaching quality and talent training are the main research hotspots.Internet + background, teaching reform, teaching mode and blended learning trend to be research objects in the future.
