天津宝坻困难村帮扶模式分析

Analysis on the Aid Model of Difficult Villages in Baodi

对宝坻区困难村驻村帮扶工作组的帮扶情况进行了细致调研和分析总结,帮扶组的帮扶工作主要包含基础设施帮扶、社会服务帮扶、产业发展帮扶和消费帮扶等四种模式,四种模式均能为农村发展、农民生活带来益处,但各有差别。帮扶单位应当主动担起帮扶责任,针对困难村具体实际,寻求合适的帮扶模式。文章为今后帮扶工作提供了建议和参考,以促进帮扶工作效果的整体提升。

This paper makes a detailed investigation and analysis and summary of the assistance situation of the working group of assisting difficult villages in Baodi District. The assistance work of the assisting group mainly includes four modes:infrastructure assistance,social service assistance,industrial development assistance and consumer assistance.The four modes can bring benefits to rural development and farmers’ life,but each has its own advantages.Aid units should take the initiative to shoulder the responsibility of helping,and seek suitable support mode according to the specific reality of difficult villages.This paper provides suggestions and references for future assistance work in order to promote the overall improvement of the effectiveness of assistance work.
