对流-辐射型墙面板换热器结构优化

Structural optimization of convection-radiation wall panel heat exchanger

摘要 针对对流-辐射型墙面板换热器结构进行优化设计,采用j/f1/3作为综合性能评价指标,利用正交试验法模拟分析结构参数对换热性能的影响,得出墙面板换热器的优化结构。研究结果表明:当翅片高度由20mm增大到30mm时,空气侧换热能力的增大幅度大于压力损失的增大幅度;当管中心距由30mm增大到45mm时,空气侧换热能力增大而压力损失减小;当翅片间距由5mm增大到10mm时,空气侧换热能力的增大幅度大于压力损失的增大幅度;墙面板换热器的优化结构为翅片间距10mm,翅片高度30mm,管中心距45mm。 In order to optimize the structure of the convection-radiation wall panel heat exchanger,the comprehensive performance evaluation index j/f 1/3 and the orthogonal test method are used to analyze the influence of structural parameters on heat transfer performance,so as to obtain the optimal structure of wall panel heat exchanger. The results show that,when the fin height is increased from 20 mm to 30 mm,the increase of heat transfer capacity is greater than the increase of pressure loss at the air side;when the tube center distance is increased from 30 mm to 45 mm,the heat transfer capacity at the air side increases and the pressure loss decreases;when the fin spacing is increased from 5 mm to 10 mm,the increase of heat transfer capacity is greater than the increase of pressure loss at the air side. The optimal structure of the wall panel heat exchanger is that the fin spacing is 10 mm,the fin height is 30 mm and the tube center distance is 45 mm.
