新时代学校美育工作的立德树人价值逻辑与实现路径

The Value Logic and Realization of Raising Men of Virtue in the Aesthetic Education Work of the New Era School

美育教育本质上是价值教育,其宗旨是培养学生美的意识和能力。新时代推进美育教育工作,必须以美育教育工作的价值确立为先导,唯此才能使美育教育工作达到合规律性与合目的性的有机统一。为此,该文结合新时代教育的根本使命,构建了新时代美育教育工作的价值本体,即以立德树人为根本价值旨向推进新时代美育教育工作。研究认为,学校美育工作是立德树人的内在要求和应有之义。新时代学校美育工作要紧紧围绕立德树人这一根本任务和使命,以立德树人为根本坐标和根本遵循。具体到操作层面来说,要完善立德树人的美育价值导向和评价体系,牢固树立学校美育工作的大美育观,构建学校美育工作的大美育格局,推动美育课程与课程美育有机贯通,使美育工作充分体现立德树人的目标和要求,形成美育工作有效支撑和推动立德树人的教育使命。

Aesthetic education is essentially value education, and its purpose is to cultivate students’ awareness and ability. In the new era, the promotion of aesthetic education must be based on the value building, so that the aesthetic education can achieve the its regularity and its purpose. Thus, this paper combines the fundamental mission of the new era education, then builds the value ontology of the new era aesthetic education work, which is to promote the new era of aesthetic education with the purpose of Raising men of virtue as the fundamental value. The study believes that the school aesthetic education work is the internal requirement and fundamental value of the Raising men of virtue. The aesthetic education of the new era from school should focus on this fundamental mission: Raising men of virtue as the origin and fundamental rule. To the operational level, it is necessary to improve the value orientation and evaluation system of Raising men of virtue in aesthetic education, firmly establish the grand concept of school aesthetic education, construct the pattern of school aesthetic education, and build the connectivity between aesthetic course and course aestheticizing. The aesthetic education work fully reflects the goals and requirements of the Raising men of virtue, and forms an effective support for the aesthetic education and fulfill the educational mission of the Raising men of virtue.
