摘要
以济南市某小区中水厂站为例,在充分考虑原有厂站设计、布局,满足工艺处理需求的基础上,通过A2/O工艺改造、新建浸没式微滤池、新增光伏发电系统等方式,对原有的“生物接触氧化池+斜管沉淀池+机械过滤+活性炭过滤”工艺进行了改造。运行结果显示,改造后的中水站出水指标不仅满足《城市污水再生利用城市杂用水水质》(GB/T18920—2002)回用标准,经济效益也得到大幅度提高。
Taking a reclaimed water station in a residential district of Jinan as an example,considering fully the design and layout of the original station,and meeting the needs of process treatment,the original"biological contact oxidation tank+inclined-tube sedimentation tank+mechanical filtration+activated carbon filtration"project was carried out by means of A 2/O process transformation,new-built submerged micro-filter and new photovoltaic generation system.The operation results showed that after renovation,the index of effluent of the reclaimed water station not only met The reuse of urban recycling water:Water quality standard for urban miscellaneous water consumption(GB/T 18920-2002),but also greatly improved the economic benefit.
