Investigation on the model of sustainable water supply of a large city in northern China

摘要 基于北方某大型城市当前的供水、用水结构,总结了其目前和未来一段时间所面临的供水困境,即可用水量极度匮乏与人口持续增长之间的矛盾,为保证供水安全而持续支付高额的调水与水处理费用,长距离供水导致水质恶化与对优质饮用水诉求之间的矛盾。在此基础上,结合该市既有的供水系统特征,提出了整合区域供水系统资源(输配水管线、水处理设施及运行管理系统),针对不同(农业、工业、日常生活)用水需求,进行分质、足量供水的建议。 On the basis of water supply and utilization structure of the current state,the difficulties in water supply faced by a large city in northern China for now and future were summarized,including the contradiction between the shortage of usable water resources and the sustained growth of population,the high cost paid for the water transfer and treatment so as to guarantee the safety of water supply,the contradiction between water degradation caused by long-distance distribution and people’s demands for high quality of drinking water.Considering the character of water supply system of the city,it is suggested to integrate all the resources of water supply system(the pipes of water transfer and distribution,water treatment plants,operation and management system),and keep the adequate supply of water to the users according to their needs,such as agricultural utilization,industrial utilization,and daily life utilization.
