某新能源商用车传动轴布置夹角设计

摘要 基于空间向量法阐述传动轴夹角求解方法,分析后桥板簧运动轨迹与传动轴动态夹角的关系;以某新能源载货车传动轴动态夹角布置设计校核为例,展现整车全工况下传动轴夹角的动态趋势;最后,为优化整车布置空间,尝试缩短传动轴长度,经校核其符合设计要求。文中研究可为新能源载货车辆传动轴夹角设计及工程实践提供参考。 The space vector method was adopted to solve shafts angle.The relationship of motion trail about rear axle leaf spring and shaft dynamic angle was analyzed.Then,taking checking the shaft angle layout design of some new energy truck as an example,the shaft angle s dynamic trend in whole working condition was shown.At last,for optimizing the vehicle layout space,it was attempted to short the length of the shaft.The results meet the design requirements.It provides references for shaft angle design and engineering application on new energy truck.
