摘要
家用汽车尾门是车身上重要的启闭件之一,在车辆使用过程中用户的操作频率很高。以人机工程为导向,建立汽车尾门布置方案的运动学简化模型,分析汽车尾门启闭力值曲线及其人机要求,给出基于人机工程的汽车尾门总布置方案设计方法,为汽车尾门的优化设计提供了参考。
The tailgate is one of the most important opening and closing parts on the body of a car,and the user s operation frequency is very high in the process of using the car.Based on ergonomics,a simplified kinematics model of tailgate package was established.The force curve of tailgate opening and closing and its man-machine requirement were analyzed.The design method of tailgate package based on ergonomics was presented,which provided some reference for the optimization design of automobile tailgate.
