混合交通环境下道路通行能力模型分析

摘要 城市道路交通工具多元化,混合交通环境给其道路通行能力提出了挑战,结合深圳市的交通现状,就交通资源总量、交通需求结构、交通通行效率以及交通能源消耗这四个因素,运用层次分析法建立了政策决策模型,最后经过MATLAB软件的计算分析,得出结论:混合交通环境对道路通行能力的影响最大,规范化多元交通行驶区域可以最大程度提升道路通行能力,降低人们出行安全隐患。"禁摩限电"政策在全国道路交通体系完善上也具有示范性作用。 The mixed traffic environment poses a challenge to the road capacity.Based on the traffic situation of Shenzhen,this paper establishes a policy decision-making model by using the analytic hierarchy process from the four directions of total traffic resources,traffic demand structure,traffic efficiency and traffic energy consumption.Finally,through the calculation and analysis of MATLAB software,this paper comes to the conclusion that the mixed traffic environment has the largest impact on the road capacity,and the standardization of multiple traffic driving areas can improve the road capacity to the greatest extent and reduce people’s travel safety risks.The " restrictions on motorcycles and electric vehicles " policy has also played an exemplary role in improving the national road traffic system.
