摘要
根据对交通项目设计负责人能力的需求,综合考虑基本能力、价值取向、管理创新等多个方面,构建了设计负责人胜任力评价模型,并基于熵权的指数方法对潜在设计负责人的胜任力特征进行综合评判。结果表明,该评判模型和方法可有效对设计负责人的胜任力进行综合、全面的评价,能为工程领域甄选合适的设计负责人提供参考。
According to the requirements of the ability of the traffic project design leader,considering basic capabilities,value orientation,management innovation and other aspects,the design leader competency evaluation model is constructed,and their competency characteristics are comprehensively judged based on the entropy weight index method.The results show that the evaluation model and method can effectively and comprehensively evaluate the competency of the design leader,and can provide reference for the selection of suitable design leaders in the engineering field.
